We intend to offer our members specialty classes throughout the year such as mixed martial arts, dance classes, special group classes and many more. Combination of muscle conditioning and cardio exercises in short, timed durations, rotated throughout the class, also targeting Abs into the mix. The latest fitness craze will have you upbeat and eager to tackle your day with a smile and a spring in your step.
