Start peddling and let yourself go as your instructor takes you on an aerobic ride of your life. Stationary bikes in a group setting, perfect for the fitness enthusiast recreational cyclist or serious racer. All levels welcome. Classes may vary.

Spin & Sculpt (Coming Soon)

A workout utilizing the cycling drills with muscle conditioning utilizing the resistance bands or hand weights.

Fitness 101 (Coming Soon)

Start a beginner and graduate a veteran with all your new exercise and health knowledge. Let Provincial Fitness’ staff help you navigate the road to better health. You will have fun, gain knowledge and start new friendships along the way.

Fat Burning & Abs Circuit (Coming Soon)

Combination of muscle conditioning and cardio exercises in short, timed durations, rotated throughout the class, also targeting Abs into the mix.

Chinese Kempo

Get in shape while learning self-defence and boosting your self-confidence. Taught by a First Degree Black Belt, you’re sure to enjoy this unique art form of spiritual growth, health and personal responsibility.


Bootcamp is now over for the season, but you can be sure we’ll have another one in the spring. This class is an intense full body workout that works up an awesome sweat!

Classic Kickboxing

This class is for everyone, just what you need to tighten and tone. Great for the abs.

Fit and Firm (Coming Soon)

For the ladies only, separate classes for the men. Tummy, Thighs & Glutes. This class is designed to eliminate extra in these areas and much more.

Yoga (Coming Soon)

This class is all flexibility, which your body does not get enough of. Yoga provides excellent flexibility training, helps improve posture and gives your abs a wake up call. Relax, de-stress and enjoy.

We intend to offer our members specialty classes throughout the year such as mixed martial arts, dance classes, special group classes and many more. Please look for information posted within the facility regarding availability of classes.**

Provincial Fitness is one of the only fitness clubs in Newfoundland and Labrador to offer a course that teaches teenagers how to use the equipment properly and safely. For a special fee, our Personal Trainer will assess each client separately and offer the client the proper amount of education and training. While other clubs only rent equipment, Provincial Fitness can teach you how to operate the equipment properly. Every client has different goals and requires a different amount of personal attention.


Nutrition |

Provincial Fitness will be offering classes on nutrition in the very near future to assist you in becoming your personal best. Your food intake not only determines your immediate results but your energy levels throughout the day as well. The lack of appropriate food can halt or severely diminish any client’s results inside a fitness club. Exact knowledge on the properties of your food will help you to maximize your results.
