Powering Demand Driven Supply Networks

In today’s demanding market environment, successfully delivering differentiated products on time at competitive prices necessitates careful orchestration of activities for key parts of your extended value chain.

Overview

Managing complex, globally distributed networks of external partners and suppliers has become the ‘new normal’ for OEM’s / Brand Owners across manufacturing industry sectors. With these challenges in mind, we have built our products from the bottom up as multi-enterprise applications, with the security, role structure, and business processes that support innovative and complex procurement and supply management strategies. These strategies focus on capturing significant value trapped throughout the value chain and protecting companies from the risks associated with operating across complex, highly distributed manufacturing networks.

Designed and Built for Purpose

Our products feature analytic, collaborative, transaction execution, and financial management capabilities that support leading supply chain coordination, cost reduction, and risk management strategies.  Our Network Business Process Architecture™ and Multi-Enterprise Framework were built specifically to address the limitations of existing business architectures and organizational structures that were neither designed nor equipped to operate across enterprises and through n-tiers of supply.

Coordinated Network Procurement « Newview

Companies that outsource manufacturing processes can lose the leverage of purchasing downstream parts and materials, as contract manufacturers assume the responsibilities for sourcing these parts and materials. Newview Technologies supports complex procurement models that enable companies to purchase materials on behalf of suppliers, and then sell those materials back to suppliers.

Network Resource Management « Newview

While at the same time, making the commitment to this strategy becomes exponentially more difficult as OEM’s-Brand Owners further increase the volumes of outsourced production processes, widening the gaps of information and visibility to critical activities throughout their value chain.
