Weekly Support Groups can further assist individuals on their journey to self-improvement and self-discovery. Gentle Path's counselling and group services offer supportive environments in which individuals are encouraged and welcomed to share at their own comfort level. Anonymity is stressed at all group programs, groups meet on a weekly basis and no registration is required, so anyone who is interested may attend any of the weekly sessions. Topics vary from week to week and a trained facilitator guides the sessions.

Although dependent upon group and program fees to cover rent, materials, etc., all individuals are welcome to attend the sessions whether or not they are able to manage the $5.00 group fee.

Co-Dependents Anonymous (CoDA)

A support group based on the Twelve Steps of Recovery, this group is for men and women who are striving to build and maintain healthy relationships with themselves and others. This group will help participants learn how to express thoughts and feelings appropriately and how to practice healthy self-care.

Women Of Worth (WOW)

A weekly support group for women who wish to become more assertive and independent. Any woman who wishes to learn assertiveness and feel supported on her way to wholeness and independence is encouraged to attend, as well as those who are or have been in unhealthy relationships. This group provides an opportunity for women to build self-esteem and improve self-confidence in a safe and supportive environment.
