In addition, minimal preparation is required because our Falcon LFET products scan through coatings. They work on heat-affected zones and can be used to inspect both ferrous and certain non-ferrous metals.

For mapping defects in tank floors, TesTex also offers

software.



For pipes, TesTex products can scan both straight sections and bends and inspect both through ID and OD scale. Our products d etect MIC attack, flow accelerated corrosion, cracking, erosion, and pitting.  T esting can be performed on-line with the fluid inside having no effect on results.

Eagle 2000 RFET System :: TesTex-NDT

TesTex does offer IRIS UT inspections as a service.Magnetic flux leakage testing also requires substantial tube cleaning because the flux leakage probe needs to have a good “fill-factor” compared to the tube’s ID. The TesTex Eagle 2000 Multichannel System does not require extensive tube cleaning because the RFET system allows for usage of probes that do not need a tight fill-factor compared to the tube’s ID.
