Minnie Richardson Coaching - Private Sessions
One-on-one sessions with Minnie are a great way to kick-start or accelerate your personal evolution. You will focus on your specific needs and progress at your own pace. That’s not to say you won’t be challenged: you will!
Minnie will help you to:
- Focus by guiding you to clarify your personal, professional and life goals.
- Move into action by motivating you to design and implement your ideal, fulfilling life.
- Find more peace by helping you clear any “mental static” that prevents you moving forward, so you can relax into the natural flow of life.
What are the sessions like?
- Each session lasts around 50 minutes, and you’ll typically meet 3 times a month for a period of a few months.
- The coaching can happen by phone or face-to-face.
(By the way, phone coaching works surprisingly well, even for those who claim not to be a “phone person”).
- These sessions are energizing! You’ll feel inspired to tackle the action points you’ve committed to.
