This allows clients to place their own recruitment ad on our web site job board. You simply fill the form in directly online. If you like, we can help you with the wording or write the ad for you. Rates start as low as $99 (plus GST) for 30 days. You can add features like a map showing your office location or photos of your office. If you have a logo, that can also appear. For an additional fee, you can have your ad appear under "Featured Employers". You can also send us a video ad or we can record one for you. Medical job seekers sign up for e-mail alerts. As soon as your position is posted, job seekers will have the position appear in their e-mail in-box.
Advantages: quick, inexpensive, reaches a wide range of medical job seekers.
Disadvantages: no screening provided.
We are pleased to also offer permanent placement to clients. We consult with you to find out exactly what your requirements are. We provide you with resumes of screened applicants that we feel meet those requirements. We provide references. Medi-Office helps to arrange the personal interviews for you and can also help with negotiating an employment package, if you desire. There is a three month no charge replacement guarantee.
Advantages: saves time as you receive only the resumes of suitable applicants. You have the advantage of our expertise in selecting suitable candidates and our access to a network of job seekers who prefer to have us screen prospective jobs for them.
We also give you a free MediAd (with resumes coming to us) and there is the three month replacement guarantee.
Medi-Office Services also offers temporary placement of medical office staff or nurses, for several days up to a year for maternity leave or sick leave coverage. Our temporary staff are all experienced medical personnel. Medi-Office charges a daily fee, which we bill you for and you make your payment arrangements for the staff with them directly.
