Career coaching is offered to individuals seeking to drive their career in a new direction or to the next level, and to those recent graduates looking to begin their careers. It is important to note services do not imply or guarantee employment; this remains the responsibility of the client.

Driving Your Career © Coaching Program


A copy of a most recent resume and cover letter (if available) is reviewed in advance of first meeting. Please do not invest a great deal of effort in updating your resume, just list recent roles and employers, education, etc. Client is encouraged to complete

(MCC Group will provide client with pre-paid link upon engagement.)

Part 1: Exploring Your Career Journey
We begin with a two hour in-person meeting to discuss your career path to date and your future interests and aspirations. Session will include KOLBE Index A completion and analysis as it relates to career direction.

Part 2: Building Your Toolkit
Your resume will be revised to best reflect your key accomplishments, and re-formatted for improved screening potential. A cover letter(s) template will be created (or revised) to help you align with desired roles. Conduct market research for potential opportunities.
Feedback on revisions will be conducted via email.

Part 3: Setting Your Future Career Path
This two hour meeting will provide the opportunity to discuss progress on search options, provide coaching on job search strategies and interview techniques to best suit desired roles and opportunities.

Timeframe: 4 weeks; phone support provided for additional 4 weeks
