We have completed a wide variety of different types of building construction including office, warehouse, retail, apartment, church, hospital, school, storage facility, automobile dealership, heritage building, new construction, and renovation projects.
Projects can be built using a number of different management systems. Some of the more common types of managing a construction project are Design Build, Project Management, and General Contracting.
Design Build: A complete turnkey building package is provided. In addition to the management, and construction of the project, design consultants are hired by the builder on behalf of the Owner. This method is cost effective and places more of the design responsibilities and costs of any design discrepancies on the builder and less on the Owner. The quotes are reviewed when pricing is completed and a final contract value is agreed to.
Project Management: The Owner hires the consultants and the builder works closely with the consultants and the subtrades to provide pricing for the project on an agreed fee basis.
General Contracting: The Owner hires the consultants and obtains pricing from a select list of builders and the contract is awarded to the low bidder.
