Fitness Experience provides its clients with the best services, ensuring that their equipment is operating to its full potential. Our service department employs service technicians that are certified to work on the brand names we sell. We do not use the services of a contractor, meaning much shorter wait times for diagnosis appointments, as well as technicians that have expertise in maintaining and repairing our equipment brands. All warranty work is provided by Fitness Experience in your home, within city limits. Our clients have the option of bringing non-warranty product into the store for servicing, or choosing the convenience of in-home servicing.
Delivery and Installation
For clients that prefer not to struggle to get their new equipment into their home, we offer professional delivery and installation services. With all deliveries and installs, equipment is removed from the boxes, assembled and tested prior to leaving for delivery. This ensures that when you receive your equipment, it is guaranteed to work. Once the equipment is assembled in your home, our delivery crew will test the machine again to ensure it is 100%.
The Fitness Experience service department provides other services along with equipment repair. We can help reduce the chances of breakdown with our general maintenance service. Think of it like an oil change for your vehicle. Your equipment will be inspected, cleaned and tested. We will also provide our recommendations on what may need replacement, as well as guidance to how you can maintain your equipment yourself.
If you need your equipment moved to a different part of the house, or from home to home, we offer our Relocation service. This service offers you the added benefit of cleaning and testing of your equipment. If it's not working right, we will make our recommendations and work with you to ensure that your exercise equipment is fully functional.
