Tasting Notes: This Pinot noir has an attractive red light color. It has intense and harmonic aromas of red fruits like cherry, cassis and the oak is perfectly well integrated .In mouth are a very gently wine with a nice acidity, full flavor typically of pinot noir . It’s a fruity wine, well balanced which has a long permanence in mouth. You can drink it as an aperitif or with different types of cuisines. Drink it at 14ºC – 16ºC.
Winemaking Summary: 100 % of the grapes were destemmed, not crushed and cooled before the start of fermentation. Five day of cool maceration given the start of fermentation. The temperature was between 18 to 20 Celsius degree. After de ending of fermentation, the wine was immediately rack to new barrel 100% new French oak. The FML was in barrel and after six months of ageing the wine was immediately bottled for maintain all the aromas and flavors.
