Tasting Notes: Classic cedar, raspberries and plums are evident. Balanced oak. Roundness and smooth tannins contribute to this excellent wine. This wines exhibit a generous body, elegant tannins and rich volume. It is an ideal wine to serve with red meat, pasta, aged cheeses and chocolate desserts.
Winemaking Summary: Our Mediterranean climate is characterized by a long dry season with warm sunny days that provide very good exposure to sunshine. During the summer period, there is a wide range of temperature differentiation between day and night. In fact during the same day maximum temperature may reach 32 ºC and minimum just 10 ºC . The risk of rain during the growing season and into the harvest is very low.
