Ingredients: 2 tablespoons coconut oil 1 onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon coriander 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 can diced tomatoes 1 bell pepper, chopped 2 spicey peppers, roughly chopped (I used to jalapenos) 10-ounces of chicken broth (make sure it is gluten-free) 2 tablespoons almond butter 2 ounces cacao powder 4-6 chicken breasts

*If spicy isn’t your thing, I would recommend only using 1-2 teaspoons of chili powder, and only using 1 spicy pepper.

We are going to start our training as a group next Wednesday at 6pm we will meet at Aspire and heading out into the wilderness to get this started. OK for those who I’ve already talked to about the Tough Mudder 2012, we’re strongly leaning towards Arizona Jan 14-15, 2012. Cost weather; it is nicer in Arizona than Atlanta that time of year there are some clients who will be out there already.

This creates a conundrum for me, the hot soup means I will sweat more… whatever should I do. Enter gazpacho, not only is it fun to say but it’s also very tasty.
