Ingredients: 2 tablespoons coconut oil 1 onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon coriander 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 can diced tomatoes 1 bell pepper, chopped 2 spicey peppers, roughly chopped (I used to jalapenos) 10-ounces of chicken broth (make sure it is gluten-free) 2 tablespoons almond butter 2 ounces cacao powder 4-6 chicken breasts

*If spicy isn’t your thing, I would recommend only using 1-2 teaspoons of chili powder, and only using 1 spicy pepper.

OK for those who I’ve already talked to about the Tough Mudder 2012, we’re strongly leaning towards Arizona Jan 14-15, 2012. Cost weather; it is nicer in Arizona than Atlanta that time of year there are some clients who will be out there already.
