The ITB AIR2 heat-regain-module has been especially developed for use in broiler buildings
By using a complete plastic casing (50mm Polypropylene hollow-chamber-principle) every module is, besides UV- and cast-resistant also perfect insulated against noise and climatic influences. Because of the smooth surface structure cleaning and maintenance has become very simple and efficient.
The complete construction has become thus strong that, under normal circumstances, damage during transport or use of the individual unit has been reduced to an absolute minimum.
In order to simplify the choice for the correct heat-regain-unit for user and/or local dealer we have designed an extended standard kit, which, if needed with a limited number of options and extras, already provides a great number of possibilities for the relevant broiler building. Already the standard AIR 2
unit offer more than enough options to ensure perfect savings during the period of use in each and every flock.

The fans and accessories used in above units have proven to be highly reliable in agricultural circumstances and are extremely resistant against the harsh conditions in the respective environment.
In order to fulfill the individual requirements of each user and, simultaneously apply to the strict regulations of the Dutch BWL 2010.13 regarding reduction of energy and emission output of broiler buildings above heat-regain-units are supplied with the following STANDARD equipment:

According to the BWL 2010.13 regulations for the Dutch market also measuring and logging of various variable parameters during each production round has to be guaranteed.
Therefore all supplied units will standard be supplied with:
Sensor for temperature in the respective unit (measuring temperature intake air);
Measuring ventilation level AIR2 unit;
Registration run-time AIR2 unit;
Registration run-time recirculation fans in respective broiler building.
The in the respective broiler building installed recirculation fans have to be controlled by using a single phase frequency drive in order to apply to all stipulations and further reduction in the costs for electricity.
For controlling the heat-regain-units ITB Companies can supply the needed climate computer, but it is also possible to choose a local main computer. However, if this option has been chosen by the end user or local installing partner the climate computer has to be able to communicate with the sensors and accessories supplied by ITB Companies and that, in compliance with BWL-regulations, all needed data can be logged and registered.

Besides the above mentioned features and advantages, ITB AIR2 units offer the following advantages and extras:
Extremely simple cleaning of the built-in air/air-heat exchangers by either using the optional self-cleaning unit or by simple access of each exchanger through top door or side doors. Latter ones allow simple removal of the individual air/air heat-exchanger modules after removal of the respective air filtration units;
Filter material at air intake made from stainless steel;
Very service friendly and requires minim maintenance;
