The 4th Annual Family Fun Day is sure to not disappoint. There will be a kids main stage with various acts/entertainment, a clown who face paints, cartoon sketch artist, pony rides, kids train, bouncers, BQ, carnival games, live band, Emergency Vehicle demonstrations and Water Wars.

We look forward to seeing our community families for a day of fun in the SUNSHINE

My employment with Manitoba Justice introduced me to the world of our local community resource centers, I began working part time for Mrs. Lucci’s Resource Centre and continued part time with Justice. I finished my Bachelor of Arts and began working with Winnipeg Child and Family Services as a Emergency Shelter Support Worker and with Manitoba Justice as a contract employee.

I’ve continued to work for Child and Family Services in Eastman.I’ve had a great interest in supporting Fathers to be Better Dad’s and have offered the Better Fathering Group in Beausejour, a number of times over the last few years.

Through good old fashioned play kids get to enrich their gross and fine motor skills, literacy and numeracy skills as well as their social and emotional skills as they prepare to head off to the Kindergarten in the coming years.

Network 4 Change is also looking for organizations to register their Call for Voluneers and community people to register as potential volunteers specifically outlining their areas of interest and availability. Interested organizations and community members are welcome to call Network 4 Change and ask for Deb, Cheryl or Jessica in order to register.

Network 4 Change began in February 2005 as a collaborative community ad hoc steering committee with the sole purpose being to oversee the program development and implementation of the youth program Road 2 Success.
