ON-SITE SERVICE RATES
Material Handling and Controls, Inc. can provide a factory authorized service technician for on-site equipment service. Services include installation, startup, calibration, repair and preventive maintenance of equipment. We can also provide operator and maintenance training.
Service scheduling normally requires an advance lead time of five (5) business days. Emergency service (service scheduled and/or performed in less than five (5) business days) is available at additional cost.
Service contracts are available, which can considerably reduce the cost of on-site equipment service. Please contact our service department to find out whether a service contract can be useful for your company.
SCHEDULE OF CHARGES:
Normal Service: $120.00 Per Hour
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am until 3:30 pm (30 minute lunch) or 8:00 am until 4:30 pm (30 minute lunch)
Overtime Service: $180.00 Per Hour
Weekday Overtime (Any hour outside of normal service hours)
Double Time Service: $ 240.00 Per Hour
Saturday and Sunday (Minimum 4 Hour Call Out)
Emergency Service: $180.00 Per Hour Weekdays and/or $240.00 per hour Weekends (Minimum 4 Hour Call Out)
Mileage: $0.65 Per Mile, Portal to Portal
Expenses: At Cost
Expenses incurred by the field Service representative in connection with the service are billed at cost. This includes all travel expenses (airfare and rental car), lodging expenses, meals and other items incidental to the service. Rental of special tools and material handling equipment is also billed at cost.
Travel Time and Standby time is charged at the same rate as the applicable service rate.
