At Maple Ridge Syrup we tap our trees in late February and begin boiling the sap as soon as the weather warms up enough to let it run. Hours of Operation

The pancake house is open Saturday and Sundays from 8am to 2pm starting the first weekend in March every year for six consecutive weekends. We are also open daily during March Break from 9am to 1pm. Syrup and gift sales are available daily through the year.
