Many of our customers ask us to develop high fidelity models to carry dynamic studies. These studies are used to avoid plant tests, to verify different operating scenarios, to compare different process designs or control strategies. Some customers require some studies prior to use it as an operator training simulator.

One example that recently came to us was to develop a dynamic simulation for a Steam Generation Plant. Several operating scenarios were considered and compared. Steam system was modelled including steam turbines, boilers and piping network. These dynamic studies helped the customer on selecting the most efficient operating conditions.

These studies can be done using your models or we can build new models with Hysys, Unisim Design, Unisim Operations or any other simulation software available in the market.
