LiveFitness ~ Live to Inspire! — Total Body Conditioning Classes

These ”bootcamp” style total body conditioning classes are for both men and women and is designed to keep you motivated and take your exercise program to the next level. If you are tired of the same old workout then this program is for you! No matter your size, age or level of fitness, this class is designed with modifications in mind so whether you are a beginner or hardcore athlete you will be challenged!

During these four to eight week programs you will experience cardio circuits, intervals, agility drills, obstacles as well as strength/resistance training. All sessions are 1 hour in length.

Arthur—Total Body Conditioning Class

NEW SESSION STARTS
November 21 - January 16/ Mondays
Arthur ON

5:45 – 6:45
$100 / 8 week session (1 class per week)
A minimum class size of 10 full session people is required for this class to run.
(*please note, there are no classes the week of December 26)

Guelph —Total Body Conditioning Class

NEW SESSION STARTS
November 22 - January 19 / Tuesday & Thursdays

5:30 – 6:30
$175 / 8 week session (2 classes per week)
(*please note, there are no classes the week of December 26)
A minimum class size of 10 full session people is required for this class to run. Half sessions are
also available please email for details

Georgetown Total Body Conditioning Class

October 23 – December 11 / Sunday Morning
Classes will be held at Eramosa Physio Therapy Clinic (333 Mountainview Road) and also on the trails, depending on weather. Class location will be confirmed and emailed out the day before.

9:00 am – 10:00 am
$125 / 8 week session

What do I bring?

Typically you will need to bring a yogo mat or towel, some light hand weights
5-8lbs or some resistance bands, water and a good attitude! Since all of the workouts
vary there may be times where you just need your own body weight!
