One-on-one personal training
One-on-one personal training sessions are a great way to get in shape. Better yet, I bring the gym to you.
Your location, at a time that fits your schedule. Working closely together with you to determine your goals,
I then design a program especially for you. My goal is not to just give you a program, it is also to educate
you so you understand exactly why you are doing the things that you are doing.
Small group training
Want to train with a friend or two? No problem, small group training is also available and you get
all of the same benefits as one-on-one training but you’re not alone.
