Linear Technology’s extensive high speed ADC portfolio offers families of pin-compatible, high performance ADCs in resolutions of 10-bit, 12-bit, 14-bit and 16-bit sampling from 1Msps up to 250Msps. The 16-bit, 105Msps LTC2217 family offer 81dB SNR and 100dB of SFDR performance at baseband. The 12-bit, 250Msps LTC2242 family provides 1.2GHz of analog input bandwidth for undersampling frequencies as high as 1GHz. Our new LTC2262, ultralow power 1.8V ADC family with DDR CMOS or DDR LVDS outputs, spans sample rates of 25Msps up to 150Msps at 12 and 14-bit resolutions and offers one third the power consumption of comparable products. For serial transmission, the LTC2274 16-bit, 105Msps serial ADCs with 2-wire JESD204-compliant outputs interface directly to an FPGA's SerDes port.
