MOFFAT, John Wayne After a courageous battle with pulmonary fibrosis, John passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his close family at Bluewater Health in Sarnia, Ontario on November 29th in his 67th year. Loving mother of D.J. Summerhayes, Nicolas Summerhayes, John Gerard and step-mother of Zoë Brown, Nicolas Brown and Dawn Marie Wilkinson.
