People often seek therapy to help them deal with issues they are facing. Many times unresolved emotional pain may lead to issues that could impair one's daily functioning. Through the process of psychotherapy, one is able to gain insight into difficulties, obtain relief from the symptoms of the distress, change behaviour, and achieve improved social, emotional, relational, and vocational functioning.

We provide individual and family counselling. Individuals may experience a variety of challenges or difficult circumstances throughout their lives which may result in a decreased capacity to live and experience life to the fullest. Counselling allows one to journey alongside an individual to assist them in addressing the challenges that too often impair their daily functioning. Family therapy is reflective of a variety of family issues and concerns that range from
conflict between parent and child, to grown children working through past issues, to
families dealing with a death or loss. As varied as the families are, so are the situations for which families seek therapy.

- School Issues
- Family of origin issue
- Blended family issues
- Trauma related issues
Couples find it effective to strengthen their relationship capacity by working through issues in a safe and confidential environment. Many couples choose therapy to help them strengthen their communication and work through issues before they intensify. Others seek therapy due to relational difficulties, and their desire to work through issues rather than terminate the relationship.
