Our foams are high resilience products available in either flexible or rigid formulations.

Foams

Our foams provide resilience and high load bearing properties, thereby producing durable, long lasting products. They can be used for a variety of applications including exercise mats, headrests, mold back-up, etc.

We produce both flexible and rigid foams which range in density from 4 to 11 lbs/ft³.

They can be applied by two component, plural equipment or by hand batching.

The cure times of the systems can be altered to meet the demands of in-house molders as well as to provide the longer working times needed for outdoor pour-in-place applications. Our systems are designed to bind particulate matter, typically rubber granules or stones. Our binders are one-component systems that cure by reaction with atmospheric moisture.

We produce high quality polyurethane systems based on polyether polyols and MDI that are suitable for a range of applications.
