Intercaravan Canada Inc. ships by Canada Post and numerous carriers for larger orders. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard UPS Ground service. Please note that certain product that is classified HAZMAT or ORMD will not be shipped by air under any circumstances.
- Intercaravan Canada customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to Intercaravan Canada shop. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first.
- Intercaravan Canada will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#

Intercaravan Canada Inc. will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product. RA#'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.
Non-defective merchandise returned to Intercaravan Canada Inc. for any reason other than a miss-ship of product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot accepted for return.
