Professional Services

Professional Services are available to assist in the development of solutions to particular challenges. Services may range from a short session designed to assist a team in tackling a difficult project, through to handling a complete migration or developing custom software for specialised integrations. Interactive sessions tailored to meet individual integration or migration requirements.


Training is the first line of support, and is recommended for all users and partners. Introductory, intermediate and advanced level sessions are available.


Support Implementation helps with "How do I…?" types of questions that are aimed at getting the best from one of our products.

Support Implementation is available through remote access to your systems, and is priced per incident. Each request for information constitutes one incident.
