Pre-Purchase Inspection

A home inspection is a visual process where all of the items typically used within a home are tested and/or operated to verify proper operation or installation. Doors and windows are opened and closed, roofing materials inspected, air-conditioning and heating systems operated. The Inspector will fill the sinks and tub(s), run the shower(s), and flush the toilets. All the while making notes on the condition and operation of the components tested. Upon completion a report will be distributed to you.

Termite, Roof and Pool & Spa Inspections

Home Integrity can arrange to have Termite, Roof  and Pool & Spainspections all completed at the same time. We use a pre-screened network of licensed contractors with over 10+ years of experience all working together. You receive independent companies that specialize in their field who are experienced and professional.

Pre-Warranty Expiration Inspections

Warranty inspections are performed during the 11th month of your 1-year Builder Warranty.  The inspection will be performed to verify that proper building techniques were used and that the various components of the home were properly installed. You will be sent a completed report along with digital photos taken as needed for inaccessible areas. Your inspector will also review with you his findings at the completion of the inspection.

Air Quality Assessment

Indoor air pollution is one risk that you can avoid if you're informed. Having a Home Air Quality Assessment can give you peace-of-mind and put your on the path to a healthier home. Ask your inspector about testing and how it monitors for over 400 airborne chemicals and hidden Mold growth.
