Hammer Training Academy develops customized Speed & Strength programs that address the unique needs of athletes of all ages. This is accomplished by fully assessing each athletes needs before starting out and setting attainable goals. Athletes are provided training on a one-on-one basis and/or part of a group session.
Our age appropriate strength and conditioning programs improve the athletes body control in all aspects of movement at various speeds for injury prevention and performance maximization. In effect, our training protocols will challenge each athlete in an aggressive manner, promoting skill development and conditioning while introducing the athlete to techniques that will help prevent unwanted strains, sprains and or tears.
The goal of each athlete is to become faster, stronger and more agile. More importantly, there is a thorough education about human performance, their body and ultimately develop a better understanding of how to train effectively. During each training session, athletes are guided through fun and challenging workouts that are combined with homework to maximize improvement in the following areas:

- Balance and Coordination
- Efficient Running and Jumping Form
- Change of Speed - Acceleration and Deceleration
- Aerobic and Anaerobic Endurance
- Agility and Change of Direction
- Foot Speed and Lateral Speed
- Muscular Strength and Power
