If you wish to make a return or exchange, contact Go Computer Supplies customer service within 30 days of receiving your order. You must submit your contact information, order number, and reason for return.
Pending approval of Go Computer Supplies (see below for returnable items), you will be issued a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number, which you must include with your returned items. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in resellable condition, with a copy of the original invoice and the Returned Merchandise Authorization Number. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Customers are responsible for freight charges, except in the case of a shipping error on the part of Go Computer Supplies. In such cases, a pre-paid postage label will be sent to you within 3 business days of receipt of the return request.
Exchanges are processed as new orders: a replacement item will be shipped immediately and credit will be issued upon receipt of return of the original item.
Refund credit, minus a 20% restocking fee is issued upon receipt of return or refused orders. Please allow 3 business days after receipt of return for credit to register on your account.
THE FOLLOWING MAY BE RETURNED FOR CREDIT
- Defective/damaged goods
- Non-defective/damaged goods in unopened box
- Go Computer Supplies shipping errors: Postage pre-paid
- Items damaged in transit must be reported at the time of delivery. A note must be made on the carrier delivery record for exact exchange only.
All refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, consult the manufacturer for warranty information.
