After receiving a Request For Proposal, an in depth analysis from the client highlighting the problems, requirements, financial constraints and all other issues that may affect the project, we approach potential technology solution providers (Canadian as well as International) for proposals. We narrow the solution providers list down to the ones that offer the right mix of reliability, experience, affordability and most importantly - best technical solution for that particular project.
We earn our fees from a contract for being the mandated agent for the client for a minimum of one year and from a placement fee charged to the technology suppliers. We will also charge a fee for financing should we be required to provide it. In all cases the fees vary according to the size and the scope of the mandate.

Accessing funding for projects is not our primary objective. However our experience has taught us that many of our potential clients in need of technological solutions do not have the money required to finance these solutions. With our many years experience with governmental lenders such as the Export Development Canada, we have a very good idea as to the potential there may be with outside lending sources. Quite often we are also asked to review possible private and or public funding solutions for projects. By leveraging international relationships within both the private and public sectors, we may be able to assist a credit worthy client in acquiring financial assistance.
