Annually, our 750 local offices typically manage approximately 150,000 customer assignments. The nature of the assignments is very diverse, ranging from private passenger auto appraisals, residential property damage estimates and various types of inspections to large trucking liability and complex construction defect claims. We work with essentially all of the large property and casualty insurers and TPAs operating in the U.S. and Canada; we also work with hundreds of large self-insured companies.
Due to the diversity of our customer base and the claims and inspection assignments we receive from them, claims management experience is a critical prerequisite for our local office owners’ success; consequently, the vast majority of our office owners have 20 or more years of claims experience.
