Language | Fit Minds

Language is fundamental to our ability to express ourselves. We learn from an early age, how to express our thoughts and feelings and ideas. As we mature, a more sophisticated view of language, including humour, satire and irony, gives depth and nuance to our communications. Language can also be lyrical or musical in nature. The immense powers of poetry or music to convey and evoke emotions are fundamentally encoded in the human brain. Our use of language allows us to express who we are to another human being.

The products found in this section focus on stimulating and enhancing the language and music centres of the brain.
