Our support services begin with hand-over training to ensure that customers are fully familiar with the operational capabilities of their new products. A customer help line is available for follow-up technical or operational questions. We maintain an inventory of spare parts on-site and accept payment for these via credit card to ensure that system downtime is limited.Two repair depots ensure that customers can dispatch their products quickly and get them back into service as soon as possible. ESL maintains a repair centre at its corporate headquarters in the UK, and North American customers can access the repair centre located at AAI’s corporate headquarters. Both centres are staffed with highly skilled technicians who provide fast, experienced service.To further enhance customer results, ESL employees are available for customer visits and trials support.From point of interest to product disposition, ESL partners with customers to provide total spectrum test and training solutions for every customer requirement.
