Most of our initial contacts with clients are made through the
internet, or other client referrals, because we do not list the
properties like other brokers who represent the sellers. We do not try
to pressure our client into buy something that we have in our
inventory. Instead, in getting to know each other during the first
steps of our collaboration, by communicating and working with the
client we build up a picture of the type of property they are looking
for, taking into account, the location, amenities and most importantly
the client's personal wants and needs.
As soon as we develop a clear understanding of our client's "Dream
Property", and his budget, we source available properties that match
these criteria, saving our clients time and many site visits. When two
or three suitable properties are located, we forward the detailed
information about them to our client.
If the client wants to see these properties, we work alongside to
schedule their visit to the North Coast of the Dominican Republic,
where we meet them at Puerto Plata airport.
The following day we sit down together in our office, drink some
coffee and discuss "The Plan of Action" ( Scheduling time for viewing
the properties, possible price offering strategies etc. ).
