Our wealth of experience has enabled our clients to convert data from a legacy system to Invantage without impacting on the day-to-day running of their business. With four new clients going live in an 18-month timeframe, we pride ourselves on maintaining the integrity of your data and providing a smooth implementation and data migration process.
We have Prince2 trained Project Managers who will ensure your project remains within agreed budgets and timescales. They will also draw upon the relevant experience within Investmaster to ensure the right experts are supporting your project at the right time.
We work in collaboration with our clients to provide cost-effective functionality that improves business processes and fulfils our clients' requirements.
As part of our highly collaborative candidate process, full Invantage releases are available every 9-12 months and are supplemented by interim patch and point releases to ensure our clients have the latest functionality. We also offer enhancements for the entire client base and bespoke functionality to meet individual requests.
New functionality is rigorously tested by Investmaster prior to implementation and client Mirror Environments allow you to trial new developments before they go into Live.
Support is available for all Investmaster applications throughout the business day. Enquiries are handled by our dedicated Support Team who have a wealth of expertise in all areas of the Invantage suite and the way clients use our products.
Enquiries are tracked through Investmaster's online call logging system, Infomaster. It is used by clients and staff to ensure queries and requests are managed and resolved in an efficient, professional and timely manner.
Client site visits are carried out by the Support Team throughout the year. These visits support our ethos of collaborative working and Investmaster's ongoing commitment to ensure our clients are getting the best out of the suite.
Release and Client Management
The Investmaster Release and Client Management (RCM) Team work across the entire client base. This allows us to look at changes/opportunities etc that can benefit multiple clients and offer economies of scale.
As the hub of Investmaster's client services, the RCM Team's key role is to provide two-way communication between Investmaster and its clients. Our collaborative working ensures the Invantage suite is perfectly aligned to the needs of our clients and the market.

Consultancy and Training
Our consultancy services are designed to fit perfectly with your needs and our experienced trainers are available throughout your contract with Investmaster to deliver a detailed session or a quick refresher for your staff.
Investmaster's training uses your environment and can be performed onsite or at our Leicester offices. Often done in groups, our training is bespoke and gives users the knowledge to get the most out of the Invantage suite.
Our experts complete a number of projects with existing clients, including release upgrades, migrations, new modules, configuration changes and training. Each project is managed according to its individual requirements and onsite support ensures the project runs smoothly.
