I specialize in smaller parties from 6 to 20 people, depending on the style of service, and complexity of the event.
I come into your home on the day of the party and prepare all the food in your kitchen. Nothing is pre-cooked in an outside facility. We want everything to be as fresh as possible. Every item is hand selected. If I do not find what I am looking for, or the quality is not to my standards then I will go to another market to find what I need.
