All orders for small catering (up to 50 people) will need a 24 hours advance notice.
For any last minute cancellations will be a 35% charge of the total price before tax.
All private parties orders will require a 72 hours notice with a 25% deposit non reimbursable in case the party is cancelled.
Orders require a one hour window for delivery.
For all orders under 10 people, there will be a charge of $35.00
A $7.00 delivery charge will be applied on all orders.
A $15.00 charge will be applied on all return trips (i.e. pick up equipment left behind for the order)
All equipment that will be missing at the time of the pick up, will be charged for (i.e. missing china, bowls, cambros, cutlery, etc.)
Menu items include all necessary serving utensils, quality disposables, napkins, etc.
Additional charges will apply for staff if required at $25.00 per hour, per person.
China, cutlery, linen roll-ups, please add 2.00 per person
All orders that will require a set up cold or hot, will be charged a 15%.
All payments that will be made through a corporate or company credit card, a 2% charge will apply.
