A flat roof system is the first line of defense from the elements in protecting the building envelope as well as costly inventory, machinery, computers, furniture etc.

Because the roof is “out of sight” its often “out of mind”, therefore sometimes neglected.

We provide visual inspections and general assessments of your roof systems at no cost or obligation. We do this as a free service as a sign of good faith. Its our way of introducing our company and our professional team to you.

We know that once we extend the best customer service, expertise and knowledge backed with the highest quality workmanship and warranty in the industry, gives us the greatest opportunity to be your trusted roofing contractor.

Roof inspections are the most cost effective way to maintain the integrity and to get the expected life years from your roof system.

A Standard Built Up Roof System (B.U.R.) (sometimes referred to as a tar and gravel roof) has a life expectancy of 25-30 years if installed correctly and properly maintained.

A new car may have a 5 year 100,000km warranty and a life expectancy of even more. RIGHT? Well if the oil is never checked or changed a new car would never reach its life expectancy.

Flat roof systems are no different.

Roof inspections will reveal common problems that are the cause of roof leaks such as blisters, pressure ridges, bare felts and ponding of water just to name a few that can be repaired at a fraction of the cost of unexpected leak repairs and/or premature roof replacement.

By the time a leak actually occurs soaking wet insulation from months of penetration may need to be cut out and removed. Often the deficiency could have been repaired If identified during an annual spring or fall roof inspection by one of our field technicians (all with a min. of 10-20 years of experience in the industry field of flat roofing).
