Craden customers can expect a higher level of quick response service from Craden. We can provide factory service, spare parts, technical support, technical guides, and operator's manuals

Printer and spare parts sales are available 24 hours a day via online ordering.
The telephones are staffed Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, eastern time (US & Canada - UTC -05:00).

Technical Support is available 24/7 on the web using our technical guides.

Craden technicians continually update service bulletins with pertinent information
for users. The most significant user issue is the use of generic ribbons in a DP9
printer.
Most generic ribbons do not fit the DP9 properly and the resultant
problems (and damage) appear to be printer issues. .


Factory service is available for Craden printers at a flat rate plus parts. In many
cases part inventories for DP6 & DP7 printers are dwindling and some parts
may no longer be available.

Craden provides Windows® 32-bit drivers for all operating systems from
Windows 95 forward for DP7, DP8 and DP9 printers. 64-bit drivers are available for DP8 and DP9 for Windows® Vista and 7.
