Work one-on-one, with a partner or in a small group. We also offer 30 minute blast sessions for the time crunched individual. All packages include a comprehensive goal-setting and fitness assessment session which includes: posture, cardiorespiratory fitness, strength, a functional movement screen, body fat, girth measurements, heart rate and blood pressure.

Seminars and Workshops

We offer informative and interactive talks to workplaces, clubs, Churches and other groups on a variety of topics related to health, fat loss, nutrition and exercise. Workshops can be anywhere from 30 minute lunch and learns to multiple week seminars.

Whether you are preparing to write your personal training exam or conduct your practical evaluation, we can help you not only pass the exam, but give you insights on how to be a better trainer. Mike is a BCRPA Trainer of Fitness Leaders and is available to conduct weight training instructor competency evaluations.
