  • Step 1

  • Step 2
    Concise co-develops a specification of work with your team detailing all custom requirements. This reasonably-priced specification plan pays a large time-savings dividend during custom development by detailing all required changes and costs. Concise's goal with the specification is to eliminate surprises. We want to make your custom modifications economically and quickly.
  • Step 3
    Concise begins any required custom development as defined in the specification. A customized application closely matching desired functionality minimizes training and implementation timeframes. This is part of Concise's recipe for success, in the eyes of both management and busy salespeople.
  • Step 4
    Concise formulates either a comprehensive hardware quotation or assists your company in analysis, selection, and negotiation of the appropriate hardware solution. The hardware solution typically includes handheld computers, printers, communication methods, etc. Leasing and "spares" pool management may also be arranged.
  • Step 5
    Concise performs installation, configuration, administrative training, and assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Step 6
    Concise completes any post-UAT development, provides a "train-the-trainer" session for all client management and administration, and helps plan the pilot deployment. Pilot deployment runs in parallel with the current in-house system.
