With our call center, an experienced telephone triage nurse responds to an injured employee’s call. Apart from recommending the best medical treatment for the employee, the RN creates a detailed report of the injury, and this report is transmitted to all the relevant parties, including human resources, supervisors, claims professionals, risk management staff and the medical provider. If the phone triage nurse determines the employee needs to visit a doctor, the appropriate clinic will receive a fax with all the important information about the case, often before the employee even arrives.

Our return to work program is customized for each individual, helping ensure that no costly mistake occurs during the process.
