At College of Court Reporting, you will be part of a community of learners supported by professionals who are committed to your success. The personal attention you will receive—from the first time you contact CCR, through your orientation and courses—ensures that you can make informed decisions and focus on your education.  College of Court Reporting offers a full range of services for students who wish to enrich their CCR experience or require assistance in a variety of areas related to their educational and personal pursuits. To see the resources we offer, please see the left side of this page for links to our services.

Admissions Staff
As your primary contact when you inquire about CCR, the Director of Admissions will spend time understanding your educational goals, answering your specific questions and guiding you through the application and admissions process.  Our admissions staff will respond quickly and knowledgeably to your requests and make sure that you have a smooth transition to your first day of class.

Financial Aid Officer
You have a number of options for funding your education. If you apply for federal financial aid, a financial aid officer will work with you to explain the process and complete the paperwork. Financial officers at CCR can help you with payment plans, financial aid eligibility and other tuition assistance options.

Technical Support Staff
The technical support staff will ease your transition to the online classroom with great customer service. They provide technical support and ensure that you have a trouble-free and rewarding learning experience. Through a personal phone call prior to or during your first week of class, they will familiarize you with CCR's learning environment, software installation and computer setup. Once you begin your courses, they will serve as your personal support team.

Coaching Staff
Unique to CCR, all students are assigned a COACH.  Each student's COACH is not a replacement for their instructors or the daily interaction they have with them. Each student's COACH is an additional contact person we make available to our students in an attempt to help them succeed during their educational journey. COACH is an acronym meaning Cheerleader, Open door listener, Advocate, Congratulator and Helper. Throughout each students enrollment with CCR they may receive a postcard with words of encouragement, a phone call to check and see how their semester is going.

Faculty Members
Your instructors will work with you to help you develop your skills relevant to your daily responsibilities and your career goals. They will respond quickly to your questions and provide timely feedback on assignments. If you are having difficulty, faculty members will work closely with you to ensure your success.
