Maintenance Specialists, rather than Service Generalists, dedicated to providing
prompt, efficient and professional care for many brands of thermal
printers. By focusing exclusively on printer repair, rather than office
equipment in general, we can provide unequalled service.
Our maintenance philosophy at CIS is proactive, not reactive, with an
emphasis on prevention rather than a cure. Thats why PM (Preventive
Maintenance) visits are included in many of our service agreements. Our goal is
to maximize your productivity by minimizing printer down time.
CIS offers service agreements designed so that you can accurately budget
for service expenditures. By providing fixed annual rates that include all parts
(excluding consumables), labor and travel, we take care of your maintenance
headaches. Multi-year terms are available so you can lock in fixed prices and
avoid the hassles of annual paperwork renewals.
PROFESSIONAL PRINTER SERVICE PROGRAMS:
Standard response time is next business day,
although four-hour response and 7x24 coverage are available in most major
metropolitan areas. Just call our Service Dispatch at (678) 584-0659 and help is

Standard turnaround is 72 hours from equipment receipt, although a
priority repair turnaround option of 48 hours is also available. You pay
shipping to and from our facility and we deliver quick and dependable service every time you
send us your printer or LCD for repair.
CIS will send a Field Technician to your
site on a set schedule (weekly or monthly) to repair any printers that have
failed since the previous visit. These printers can then be circulated back into
service or into your inventory. Time frames are determined based on the volume
of printers in use.
Per Call, Time and Materials
If you are not covered by a service agreement, CIS can still help. If
your printer is easily shipped, we can provide depot repair. If you need on-site
coverage, we can send a Field Technician to the customer site. Turnaround and
response time is on a best effort basis and we charge for labor, travel and
parts, if needed for each service call.
