Creating an appointment is never this easy! Other than creating your appointments with the treatment time and duration, Proximo also helps you document the treatment by allowing you to record patients’ treatment information, including symptoms, prescriptions, etc. Proximo’s features empower you to retrieve your patients treatment information at anytime.

If your clinic has multiple practitioners, or have multiple treatment rooms, Proximo’s Appointment & Scheduling system gives you the flexibility to create and to display multiple appointments at a time (see figure below). The existing and future appointments of your entire clinic will be clearly laid out. TheProjections function calculates the number of appointments you have within a given period, and your estimated income of the selected appointment(s). The Appointment Status feature lets you identify patients who have arrived, canceled, rescheduled, completed, or did not show up for the appointment.

Scheduling & Billing

With Proximo, you can combine your patient’s appointment information to a specific bill. By adding the appropriate treatment plan to the Items to Bill section, and presetting the costs, you can instantly generate and print a bill, or receipt, for your patient. The bill can be customized to include your clinic’s logo and information.

Appointment Information & History

This is a very unique feature that Proximo has developed to help practitioners track patients’ appointment history. By selecting any patient on the schedule, you can view his/her past and future visits as well as any treatment records you have made for the patient. Nevertheless, the Print function can also let you print out your daily, weekly or monthly schedule for you to file hard-copies of your daily schedule and be able to note any treatment and patient information directly.
