The way your store is merchandised says everything about your brand. People who have visited your website or business facebook page, should find your store to be exactly what they expected it to look and feel like.

Your merchandise should be well organized . ALL of your stock should be out on the sales floor, NOT in boxes or on racks in the back room. Clearance merchandise should be clearly marked and separated from current merchandise. Merchandise must be rotated within the store on a regular basis to allow best sellers to change places with “not yet” best sellers.

A great window display brings customers off the street and into your store. A great display, properly layered including accessories, gives the customer an outfit to aspire to, and a multiple sale for you to ring through your till.
