Cambridge Space Heating Systems are designed to meet a building's heat and air load requirements. Our unique Blow-Thru design, with 160°F maximum temperature rise and discharge temperature, delivers more usable heat and thermal comfort with minimal temperature variation throughout the heated space. Genuine Cambridge Space Heaters are 40% to 70% more energy efficient than all other types of indirect and direct gas-fired systems used to heat large commercial and industrial buildings.

BLOW-THRU SPACE HEATER

  • 200 to 3,400 MBH
  • Up to 14,400 CFM
  • Natural Gas, LP Gas or Propane Air Burners

MOST ENERGY EFFICIENT WAY TO HEAT:

  • Warehouses
  • Distribution Centers
  • Manufacturing Plants
  • Indoor Sports Facilities
  • Boat Storage Buildings
  • Auto Dealership Service Bays
  • Aircraft Hangars/Service Areas
  • Wastewater and Sewage Treatment Facilities

Cambridge Engineering / Energy Efficient Make-Up Air Heaters

Indirect gas-fired make-up air heating equipment is only 60% to 80% efficient due to heat exchanger inefficiency and heat lost up the flue. Direct gas-fired technology is the most energy efficient choice for heating make-up air because it does not use a flue or heat exchanger. That means 100% of the available heat (every BTU of gas burned) is then delivered directly and efficiently to the building.

Cambridge Engineering | Direct Gas-Fired Heaters

It translates into a smaller, more energy efficient heater that uses a lower horsepower motor and most important of all, will heat a building using less outside air. Experience Cambridge was the first to pioneer the concept of using direct gas-fired heaters for industrial space heating applications over 45 years ago.
