Duration: 10 hours (2 1/2 hours each class)

Price:  $185.00

  • Class 1: Learn how to measure and cover a dummy cake with fondant & Prepare Royal Icing
  • Class 2:  Colour your fondant, teach you how to work with Gum paste, and start decorating your cake using different cutter and tools
  • Class 3:  Continue decorating your cake with different  flowers using cutters and tools
  • Class 4:  Using fresh cake, train how to cut your cake, mask with butter cream and cover it using fondant.

Fondant, Butter cream, Gum paste, Royal Icing, few decorating tools and boxes are on us

You will need to bring with you:

  • 8” Diameter fresh cake 3” High. (will be needed at the last class only)
  • 8” Styrofoam/ Round
  • 20” Nonstick rolling pin (you can find at Wall-Mart)
  • 2 Fondant Smoother
  • Two 10” Dia. Board 1/2” thick
  • Bench Scraper
  • 4.5″ offset spatula Strait
  • 4.5″ offset spatula Bend
  • 2 polyurethane piping bags (8″)-    2 couplers-    2 piping tips (#2)
  • Paring knife
  • Pizza Cutter

  • Class 1: Fill and mask of your choice a square, Hexagon or petal shaped dummy Cake and color your fondant and Embossing using different designs
  • Class 2: Marzipan, making different decorating designs and color them
  • Class3: prepare gum paste and work on flowers
  • Class3: : How to cover a square, Hexagon, and petal shaped fresh cake with butter cream and decorate it
