Zumba is latin inspired dance fitness and the latest cardio craze. Dance Grooves incorporates all the contemporary and hottest dance moves. All of it FOCUSING on YOUR FITNESS!

Training Schedule, Cancellation and Missed Class Policy
Your exercise program is designed to give you results.
- 12-session package should be completed within 6 weeks of your start date
- 24 – session package should be completed within 3 months of your start date
- 36 – session package should be completed within 5 months of your start date
This ensures that you are completing your training within a period of time in order to get results. Client is required to schedule and reserve their workout dates in advance. All classes have a maximum limit and you should reserve your spot in advanced. Minimum 24 hournotice for cancellations/re-booking, your reservation; or full session rate will be charged. Re-booked sessions are subject to class or trainer availability. No shows will be charged full session rate.
There are no refunds with exception of medical exemption from exercise longer than one year. All sessions must be completed within program period.
Nutrition Guide and Exercise Policy:
The client understands that all nutrition and meal planning are to be used as guidelines and results will vary according to individual’s participation in overall exercise and nutrition. Client will tell trainer of any pain and has the right to refuse any exercise that may cause discomfort and is required to sign a health questionnaire and waiver. Client will tell trainer of any exceptional performance and satisfaction.
