The service in The Netherlands, Germany, France, England, Spain, USA and Canada is carried out by Bollegraaf trained engineers under the responsibility of their respective offices. The service and after-sales department of Bollegraaf Recycling Machinery fullfills a number of responsibilities after the machinery leaves the factory. Usually the first job is to install the machinery at the site of the customer in the Benelux or in new markets where the company does not have an agent yet. Following installation, the service department is responsible for supplying various required spare parts worldwide.
In addition, by way of a telephone help desk, the Bollegraaf service and after-sales department also provides clients and agents with whatever technical information might need. This department is also responsible for all user manuals. In emergencies and whenever breakdowns occur, the service and after-sales department can also be reached 24 hours a day to make sure clients get help at all times.
